Spring II Urban Scenes

This session we will be learning how to draw urban scenes using one, two and three point perspective. Below you can find the pictures we will use in class. Please bring them to class. I do not print off photos. Lots of folks are now bringing their tablets and drawing directly from them.

For printing directions: Click on photo, larger photo should appear, right click on your mouse, click copy image. Open word processing program, open document, paste in document, print.

What is the Sketch'n on the Go Series?

Every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12:00 noon. we meet to sketch. We usually spend most of our time outside during the late spring to early fall. Basic In-Class Supplies

Mechanical pencil, .5 or .7 mm, HB

Sketchbook, I like Nature Sketch, Moleskin watercolor or Pentallic Modeskin

Permanent ink pen: Micro 05, Zig, or Copic

Erasers: kneadable and white plastic

Compass (for measuring)

Small watercolor traveling set: Winsor & Newton, Yarka or pill box set

Small set of watercolor pencils

Niji Waterbrush, medium

6” ruler

Pencil pouch
